Nikka From The Barrel is an award-winning blended whisky produced by the famous Japanese distiller Nikka Whisky. First launched in 1985, it is highly celebrated for its extreme depth of flavor, punchy character, and its minimalist, iconic square-shaped bottle designed to look like a "small block of whisky". 

• Nose: Refined and complex; heavy on floral notes (lilac), rich oaky aromas, vanilla sweetness, and hints of orange peel.
• Palate: Full-bodied, powerful, and oily. It delivers winter spices (clove and pepper), caramel, and toffee, which transition into ripe stone fruits like peaches and caramelized apples.
• Finish: Long and warming, leaving a lingering trace of woody vanilla, ripe prunes, and a very subtle wisp of background peat smoke
• ABV & Proof: It is bottled at a powerful 51.4% ABV (102.8 Proof). While the name implies "cask strength", it is actually proofed down precisely to 51.4%, which Nikka's master blenders determined to be the perfect threshold for maximum flavor impact
